About us

Our farm, the Prati Parini, has been opened since 1979, when my father, Fermo Fustinoni, finished the renovation and expansion of the old building, which until then had been used as a roccolo. But the origins are much older and are lost in 1500, when the only  building was a small church and on the hill lived only a dozen of monks.

We have tried, over the years, to maintain the farm as close as possible to the nature and to  its history, and to offer our customers a corner out of time and away from the bustle of the city, and that's why we are still reachable only on foot through several paths that date back from closer villages.
